POWERFUL: Angular 2-Story Face
The main front face of this structure offered an imposing leaning angle that allowed the client a full length surface in which transparent graphic screens were applied to the plexi inserts. This allowed us to present the new branding message at the highest point without having to fly an additional overhead sign.
ANGLES: Every Which Way
From the custom wall panels to the light fixtures and counters, everything had an angular component. We used the angle from the front catch bid of the printer as the basis for the design.
MEETING Space: Both Formal and Informal
For this company, being able to close orders from dealers was a key objective for the space. Therefore, we included a conference area on the second level for structured meetings and a more casual meeting area under the deck. The client had many more graphics on display including LCD monitors showing the new print technology in action.
CASE Study: Large Format Printing
A client who developed a brand new print technology for large format graphics had been involved with us for a branding makeover and needed to showcase the new look and market position we developed during a major US trade event. This pavilion design was a mix of extruded aluminum system with custom panel and fixture construction. The 10x20 steel deck structure was a simple platform with a center stair.
TECHNICAL: Software Demonstrations
An important feature of the company's latest printer technology had to do with the control interface and the ability to render high resolution images. The software stations let customers experiement with the features of the program.
EVERY Angle: Displays Of Great Art
The rear reception counter offered technical literature and print samples as well as acted as the gatekeeper to the second level. The stairs were positioned inside the two angular walls. The large overhead panel allowed the compay to feature another great image and again it was at a good height to attract throughout the show.
